1. How do I book an appointment?
Just click “Book Repair” at the top, choose your time slot, and we’ll come to your location anywhere in the Bronx or Lower Westchester.
2. What areas do you serve?
We’re based in the Bronx but offer curbside repairs across all of New York City and Lower Westchester.
3. How long does a repair take?
Most repairs finish in under 15 minutes, right in our mobile vehicle parked curbside.
4. Do you use OEM parts?
We don’t use OEM parts. Instead, we use premium aftermarket parts that meet or exceed factory specs. Every repair includes a 30-day warranty.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
Cash is preferred, but we also accept Zelle and Apple Pay. We don’t take CashApp or physical cards.
6. Is there a warranty?
Yes—every repair comes with a 30-day parts & labor warranty. (Accidental damage isn’t covered.)
7. Do I need to prep my phone?
No prep is needed! Backing up your data first is optional but a good idea.
8. Do you fix water-damaged phones?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer water damage repairs at this time.
9. Can you fix software issues?
We don’t handle software troubleshooting, but we can point you in the right direction.
10. Can I walk in to your store?
We’re fully mobile—there’s no storefront. Just book a curbside appointment online or call/text (856) 347-0827 and we’ll come to you.
