WARRANTY POLICY
If you experience issues related to the repair within 30 days, we’ll return to your location and fix it at no extra charge. Your convenience and satisfaction are our top priorities.
Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturer-related defects in parts installed by FixTingz.
Our warranty does not cover:
- Supplemental damage: Any damage unrelated to the original repair, including physical or liquid damage.
- Unauthorized repairs: Issues arising from repairs not performed by FixTingz.
- Backglass and charging port repairs: Due to their complex nature, these services are excluded from our standard warranty.
Important Notes
- Proof of Service: Please retain your repair receipt or confirmation message for warranty claims.
- Assessment: Devices showing signs of new damage may be subject to standard service fees.
- NO REFUNDS
Repair Time
Most iPhone repairs, including screen, battery, and camera replacements, are completed curbside in approximately 15 minutes. For more complex services like backglass repairs and charging port replacements, additional time may be required. We strive to provide prompt service without compromising quality.
Payment & Travel Fees
We prefer cash payments for our iPhone repair services but also accept Zelle (QuickPay) for your ease. Please note, we do not accept CashApp or Venmo.
Our standard service area includes The Bronx and Lower Westchester. For locations outside of this area—such as Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island, and Upper Westchester—additional travel fees apply. These fees are determined based on distance and will be communicated upfront during the booking process.
Parts Used
FixTingz prioritizes quality and affordability. We use premium aftermarket parts that meet high performance and durability standards, ensuring your iPhone functions optimally post-repair. While these parts are not sourced directly from Apple, they are carefully selected to provide reliable service at a more accessible price point. Please note that using non-Apple parts may affect certain features, such as True Tone display functionality.
Data Privacy
FixTingz respects your phone and your privacy. That’s why we never ask for your passcode, Apple ID, or access to your personal info. All repairs happen curbside, in our mobile repair vehicle, and are done right on the spot—no hidden steps. We keep it simple, secure, and stress-free.
We don’t touch your data. We just fix your screen, your battery, your camera—whatever you need.
