2. What areas do you serve?
We’re based in the Bronx but offer curbside repairs all across New York City and Lower Westchester.
3. How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are completed in under 15 minutes, right in our vehicle parked curbside.
4. Do you use OEM parts?
We don’t use OEM parts. Instead, we use premium aftermarket parts that meet or exceed factory specs. Any concerns, every repair comes with a 30-day warranty.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
Cash is preferred, but we also accept Zelle and Apple Pay. We don’t take CashApp or physical cards.
6. Is there a warranty?
Yes, if you experience any repair-related issue within 30 days, we’ll return to your location at no extra charge to make it right. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
7. Does FixTingz repair Androids?
Unfortunately no Androids repairs. Only iPhones.
8. Do you fix water-damaged phones?
Unfortunately no—we don’t offer water-damage repairs at this time.
9. Do you fix software issues?
We focus strictly on hardware repairs (screens, batteries, cameras, ports, etc.)—software troubleshooting isn’t part of our service.
